By entering this Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials. This will be strictly enforced by the Promoter.
  1. This promotion is run by the ‘Promoter’ – Ballymaloe Foods registered office: Courtstown Park, Little Island, Co. Cork, Ireland, T45 PR68 and is administered by the ‘Administrator’ - Sweete, PO Box 12948, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
  2. This promotion is open to all residents in the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years and over.
  3. The duration of the promotion will run from 00:00 on 7th April 2025 until 23:59 on 31st May 2025. Any entries received after 23:59 on 31st May 2025 will be deemed invalid and will not qualify as an eligible entry.
  4. Purchase is necessary for entry into the Promotion. The promotion is open to customers who purchase Ballymaloe Ballymaloe products in the relish range in retailers nationwide.
  5. To enter, customers must purchase 2 products from their relish range of Ballymaloe Relish products in any retail store nationwide, upload proof of purchase (receipt) to www.ballymaloerelishgiveaway.com and enter their personal details (name, email and mobile number) to be entered into the prize draw to win a prize. There are no limits on the number of entries per person throughout the Promotional Period.
  6. The proof of purchase (receipt) is a photo of the receipt which includes a) Retail store name; b) Ballymaloe range products purchased; and c) Date of purchase.
  7. The qualifying Ballymaloe products in the relish range are: Ballymaloe Relish Jar (310g), Ballymaloe Relish (960ml), Ballymaloe Relish Squeezable (350g), Ballymaloe Pepper Relish Smooth (325g), Ballymaloe Pepper Relish (960ml), Ballymaloe Pepper Relish Jar (195g), Ballymaloe Fiery Relish (960ml), Ballymaloe Fiery Relish Jar (182g) and Ballymaloe Red Onion Relish Jar (185g).
  8. Eligibility is determined by Ballymaloe Foods in accordance with these terms and conditions. Ballymaloe Foods determination in respect thereof shall be final.
  9. There is Four (4) prizes available to be won in total which are four (4) x 2 night breaks at Wildlands Galway for a family of 5 (2ad/3ch). Accommodation is in a studio cabin with bunk room which has a king, single top bunk, double bottom bunk and a sofa bed in the living room. The prize also includes a family meal in The Olive Tree Kitchen Restaurant voucher of €160 and a €250 voucher for the winners to spend on activities of their choice which will be issued as a voucher for €410 in total allowing each winner to decide how to spend on activities and the restaurant.
  10. The Prizes are offered as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternative in whole or in part, or alternative Prize to the stated Prize shall be offered or made available, however the Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or lesser value.
  11. The four (4) Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries after the promotion ends on 31st May 2025 and the Winners will be notified by the Administrator. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the result, the Promoter and/or judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Winners will be chosen at random from a pool of people that correctly enter the Promotion following the Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold Prizes if participants have not met the qualifying criteria set out clearly in the rules of this Promotion.
  13. Winners of the Promotion will be notified within 48 hours of the Promotion ending. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winners. However, if the Winners have not responded to notification within 48 hours of notification or if a selected Winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
  14. The Administrator will send all Winners a prize letter and will arrange for the booking of the Winners prizes, which will require the Winner to supply a contact email. We are not liable for any damage or loss to a Prize caused by any third party. If a Prize is damaged or fails to be delivered, we have no obligation to provide a replacement prize.
  15. By entering this Promotion, you explicitly consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of the Promoter selecting, contacting and confirming the Winner. The Administrator, Sweete, will delete all entrants’ information 14 days after the Promotion ends.
  16. The information collected from the entrants is used only for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including fulfilling and delivering Prizes to Winner. Entrants acknowledge that this information is collected on the legal basis that it is necessary to administer the entrant’s desired participation in the Promotion. If you do not provide this information, participation in the Promotion will be factually impossible.
  17. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller and to the Data Controller using third party agencies to process that personal data for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
  18. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Administrator accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this Promotion or taking up a Prize. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for: (i) Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty, incorrect, failed, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions; and/or (ii) Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
  19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, corrupt or incorrect entries or for any malfunctions, errors or viruses in the software that has been designed to maintain the entrants’ details, or for any incompatibility with all, or any, hardware and/or software that entrants may use.
  20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, as applicable in accordance with where the cause of action arose, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland, as applicable.

  13. The winner shall be responsible for any damage to the accommodation or other venues (including their contents) visited by the winner and their guests throughout the trip caused as a result of a deliberate or negligent act or omission of the winner or their guests.
  14. If you fail to turn up for your stay on the date agreed with the hotel of your choice, this prize will be cancelled / invalidated, and you will be unable to book an alternative date or time or in any other hotel.
  15. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters pertaining to the prize.
